TWO MEN were stabbed during an incident at a property in Eastern Avenue, Romford, last night – Tuesday, 28th May. Police received reports of a fight taking place at around 9.45pm.
Five men, all in their 20s, had to be taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service. •One had serious stab injuries which were initially assessed as potentially life-threatening but which are now categorised as not critical. •A second also had a stab wound, but this was assessed as a minor wound. •The other three men had minor injuries. All five remain in hospital, in stable conditions.
Police have made an undisclosed number of arrests in connection with the incident. Police investigations continue and the police have appealed to the public to assist them.
