Argos has issued an urgent product recall on Mamas & Papas children’s car seats. The company has discovered that there is a “potential safety concern”. It explains that the shell of the seat may crack in the event of an accident which, of course, means that it would not necessarily offer the necessary protection to the child.
The company says that anyone who has bought one of the affected products should immediately stop using it. You should then take the seat to your local Argos store, where you will receive a full refund. Argos has also apologised to shoppers for the inconvenience.
