There’s just a couple of weeks left to enter BT Sport’s competition to rustle up some new, youthful TV presenting talent. And the competition has a unique prize: the lucky winner will be part of the team presenting BT Sport’s live FA Cup Final TV coverage on 17th May. There’s also FA Cup semi-final tickets for the runners up. The competition is open to UK residents aged between 13 and 16 – male or female (and parents or guardians must give permission).

To enter, contestants are asked to record an original, one minute, single-camera-shot of themselves presenting a news report around the 2013/14 FA Cup. Entries can be shot using a smartphone or professional camera but cannot include additional footage, interviews, music or graphics and should feature only the individual entering the competition. Contestants then simply need to upload the video to their a YouTube or Vimeo account and send the URL to BT Sport as part of the entry form submission on the BT Sport website (btsport.com/youngpresenter).

The deadline for entries to be made is midnight on 17th February. The top four entrants will spend 3rd April at BT Sport’s studios in the Olympic Park where they will record further screen tests before a winner is chosen.
