A SECOND man has been charged with the murder of Daniel Frederick, 35, from Hackney.
The second suspect is a 17 year old male who was arrested on Wednesday, 14th March in Stevenage and charged the following day. He appeared at Stratford Youth Court on 15th March and was remanded in custody, to appear at the Old Bailey on 19th March.
