Tower Hamlets Council’s innovative energy-saving co-op, T.H.E. Community Power, has been on the road during May, showing residents how they can make savings on their home energy bills. THE Community Power has given residents advice on how they can make their homes more energy efficient and residents who have signed up to the scheme have saved an average of £166 off their annual energy bills.
