SEPTEMBER is back to school month – but that’s not just for children and young people. If your littles are in school now, it’s time to treat yourself after a long summer of entertaining them.
Look no further than the Nari Women’s Centre in Whitechapel. They have a range of activities for women – including Dancercise to help you keep healthy and ward off those long-term conditions that can cause serious diseases.
Those interested in traditional activities could try “Fabric to Fashion”, a course which looks at Shalwar Kameez making. There are also women-only ESOL classes for those who want to boost their speaking skills.
Everything takes place in a friendly and supportive environment where you can do your course and also meet new women from around the borough.
