Here are the results from Week 3 of the Inner London Football League (ILFL) Winter League 2015/16
Premier Division Stepney retain the meanest defence out of all three divisions as they continued their 100% start to their title defence with a 5-1 win against Leytonstone. Leytonstone will still take pride in being the first team to penetrate Stepney’s defence. Lotus also maintain their perfect start, as they beat Beaumont 1-0 to sit behind Stepney because of goal difference. However, it’s Reachout that take top spot as they beat Hawk & Eagle 8-2. The final game of the Premier was Bromley and London Tigers, playing out a 3-3 draw.
First Division Robin Hood Tigers resume first place following a 5-3 win over Soul Youth. Soul drop to third, having been top in the morning as Crusaders smashed Burdett 13-0 to go second. Stepney and Bow recorded their first wins of the season, triumphing over Beaumont Youth and SYA respectively.
Second Division Walthamstow Red Star are the leaders of this division following an 11-2 win over Arsenal. St Katharine’s 8-1 win over Fish Island puts them second. PYO edged a 5-4 win against Tower Hamlets to take third place and A.M.Y won 4-2 against Riverside to hold fourth place. Lastly, Redcoat beat West End Reserves 8-2 as the final fixture of this division for this week.
