Tower Hamlets Judo Club competes at UEL event

Under the tutelage of Mariusz Bajda, Judo Development Officer, young people from Tower Hamlets schools and colleges came together to compete at the British Judo London Area Development Event.

The event was hosted at the University of East London Docklands Campus. A total of 150 seniors competed alongside 300 entries for juniors aged between 8-15 years old. All participants received medals for taking part.

The proceedings were an unprecedented success with lots of energy and positive spirit throughout.

The event is a timely opportunity to prepare for the upcoming London Youth Games in June.
