POLICE ARE appealing to the public to help them find William Deo, 20. They want to speak to him in connection with an incident which happened at around 10pm on Wednesday, 13th June in Ilford.
During the incident, a man in his 20s had a noxious substance – believed to be ammonia — thrown at him. He was taken to an East London hospital, where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
Police have warned the public that they should not approach William Deo of they see him but should dial 999 and quote reference 8771/13June.
