Bromley By Bow FC have successfully defended their BFA Premiership League title after defeating East One FC 3-1 in a nervy game for both teams. The result means that East One has been relegated to the Championship alongside FC Osmani.
Kash Khaled from Bromley By Bow commented, “It’s great to have lifted the BFA summer league as back to back champions. Congratulations to all the players and management for all the hard work and massive thanks to the loyal supporters and well wishers.”
In the fight for promotion, third placed SYA beat first placed Robin Hood Tigers 3-0 to leapfrog them in the league standings. FC Brick Lane capitalised on SYA’s win as they beat local rivals PYO 4-0 to go top of the league.
