Canning Town murder: fourth teen arrested

A 14 YEAR OLD TEEN has been arrested and charged with the murder of Lord Promise Nkenda (known as Promise). The latest arrest came on 1st March, with the teen being charged the same day. He was due to appear at Stratford Youth Court on 2nd March.

Promise was found in Goldwing Road, E16, suffering from multiple stab wounds to the chest, on 14th February – and died at the scene from those injuries.

Two 17 year old teens were arrested and charged with murder within three days. A third 17 year old has been arrested, but has been bailed and remains under investigation.
