The crash occurred at about 12.40pm on Monday, 17th July on the A406 between the Waterworks Roundabout and the M11 slip road. Police, the Fire Brigade and the London Ambulance all attended.
An investigation into the collision is being carried out by the Metropolitan Police Roads and Transport Policing Command.
