Dr M Ahmedullah (Founder & Secratry of Brick Lane Circle): He completed his PhD on the Relationship between Epistemology and Political Theory from University of Kent. Between May 2005 and June 2010 he has delivered a unique exhibition on Dhaka City around the UK. Currently secretary of Brick Lane Circle, a non profit organisation delivering seminars and debates on the history and challenges of Bangladeshi and its diaspora.

Jamil Iqbal (MBA MSc): Currently Research Fellow in the Department of Sociology at the University of Manchester, Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Roehampton & PhD student at Leeds Metropolitan University. His PhD topic is Transnational Islam: Revivalism and the Tablighi Jamaat in the UK and beyond. He is a regular contributor to marxist.com website.

Dr M Mojlum Khan: Teacher, author, literary critic and research scholar, author of Kube’s ‘The Muslim 100’ (2008), ‘Pioneers of Islam in Bengal’ (forthcoming), ‘Against the Tide’ (forthcoming). He is a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Director of Bengal Muslim Research Institute UK.
