THE LONDON LIONS, the top basketball team based at Stratford’s Copper Box Arena, have a very short seasonal break this year. The team’s wished everyone a happy holiday season – and reminded fans that their next match is on 27th December.
Energised by their roast turkey and mince pies, the team will be turning out at the Copper box on Friday evening to take on Cheshire Phoenix. When they say “don’t spend Christmas watching the box” – the Copper Box is not included!
