Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of 14-year-old River Bovell-Reid who left an address where he was staying in Newham and was reported missing to police at 13:00hrs on 16th July. Police have had a reported sighting of River in the Mitcham, Surrey area where he lived before relocating to Newham. River is a black teenager with short black hair.
