Farm holds fundraiser on 20th June

Stepney City Farm will be hosting its first fundraiser on the Summer Solstice — Monday, 20th June. The evening will begin at 6pm with a range of entertainment and activities, which will go on until 11pm.

Stepney City Farm is a working farm in the heart of Tower Hamlets. It’s a welcome parcel of community space in a borough that is being rapidly concreted over and overshadowed by ever more tower blocks. It’s a real resource, where children and their grown ups can learn about rural life and how we – and other people around the world – grow our homes. The farm is currently free to casual visitors at the point of their visit (with some charges for special events), but it needs to raise funds to keep going.

Tickets are £20 (in advance) or £25 (on the night – if there are any left). Each ticket holder will receive two drinks and a snack – and additional drinks and food are available for purchase on site. Tickets available through:
