CWG open Sports Personality of the Year Awards

Canary Wharf Group (CWG) has now launched its annual Sports Personality of the Year Awards to celebrate the top sporting talent in the East London community. CGW is seeking nominations from members of the public for deserving local athletes, sports clubs and administrators for their achievements in the previous 12 months.

The fourteenth annual Awards ceremony will take place on 11th February 2016 at the East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf, and will be attended by special sporting guests along with a host of local dignitaries. Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded in each of the following categories:

The Canary Wharf Sports Personality of the Year

Senior Sports Team of the Year

Junior Sports Team of the Year

Sports Group of the Year

The Voluntary Sports Commitment Award.

Entries close on the 18th December 2015.
