Dangerous person missing in Newham

NEWHAM POLICE are appealing to the public to help them find Zilvanas Kareiva, who has gone missing from the Newham Centre for Mental Health.

A warning comes with the appeal: Kareiva could be dangerous. Anyone who sees him is warned not to approach him and is asked to ring 999.
