Double stabbing in Tower Hamlets

TWO YOUNG MEN were stabbed this afternoon in St Paul’s Way, E3 – with one being left in a critical condition. Unconfirmed reports are circulating on social media suggesting that he has since died.

STORY UPDATE: Local police have now confirmed to the local press that the young man in a critical condition sadly died in hospital.

The emergency services were called out to St Paul’s Way at around 4.30pm today, 26th May in connection with a stabbing incident. They found two men had been stabbed.
The first, who was found with critical injuries, was a 23 year old man.
The second, who sustained less serious injuries, is believed to be in his 20s or 30s.
Both were taken to hospital for treatment.

Police have cordoned off the area and an investigation has begun.
