A MAN WAS STABBED at Stratford International DLR station this morning. The incident took place around 9am – as commuters made their way to work and early shoppers came into Stratford.
British Transport Police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service were quickly on the scene. Fortunately the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening and it is understood that he did not need hospital treatment.
The train and platform area were cordoned off to assist police with their investigations. No arrests were made at the scene. There were delays to the DLR service on the Stratford line.
