Police call for witnesses to A13 collision

A COLLISION on the A13 IN Newham on Saturday, 15th January left a motorcyclist seriously injured. Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

It was just after 7am that day when police received reports that a collision had taken place on the A13 westbound, near the Beckton Flyover. Police and the London Ambulance Service attended and found a 19 year old man with serious injuries. He was taken to hospital.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are investigating in order to establish the circumstances of the accident and they have asked for any witnesses to come forward.
