Who saw Vallance Road collision?

A 75 YEAR OLD female pedestrian suffered a serious leg injury yesterday, Tuesday, 9th April, as a result of a collision with a lorry. The incident occurred at around 10.15am in Vallance Road, E1 – just outside the Asda petrol station.

Police, the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade attended. The pedestrian was taken to an East London hospital. Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

The collision is being investigated by police officers from the Roads and Transport Policing Command. The lorry drier has not been arrested and police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
