Zun Zun Egui

As names go, this one’s more elusive that most, even these days. And it’s nuts by name, and nuts – delightfully so – by nature. Their promoters say, “Having formed in the libertine and verdant undergrowth of Bristol’s cultural side streets, self-recorded two 12″s and supported everyone from Tinariwen to Whitehouse, Zun Zun Egui are finally releasing their debut album proper, and it’s one to savour.”  We say: “nuts; totally nuts – nothing wrong with nuts.”
