Police seek witnesses to Dagenham crash

MAN WAS LEFT critically injured after a collision on Green Lane, at the junction with Castle Lane and Greenway, on 6th September. The incident occurred just before 11.30am.

The London Ambulance Service was the first emergency team to respond, and they called the police. A car had collided with a motorbike being ridden by a 24 year old man who was taken to an east London hospital and remains in a critical condition.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police Roads and Transport Command are investigating the incident. They are asking people who witnessed the collision to come forward to help them understand exactly what happened. The collision took place near a bus stop, which suggests that a number of people may have seen it.
