POLICE INVESTIGATING an attempted kidnapping are trying to locate Abdur Rahat to question him in connection with the alleged offence, which took place at around 5pm on 28th February.
Police are not releasing details of the attempted kidnapping, save that the victim was rescued from the situation and is safe and well.
Abdur Rahat, 23, is described as around 5ft 9ins tall and of very heavy build. He is believed to have lived in Bethnal Green and to have links to people in that area.
