Leftley Sports Club launches water activity

IN ASSOCIATION WITH Barking & Dagenham Canoeing Club, the Leftley Sports Club has delivered its first canoeing session at Mayesbrook Park lake. The activity will take place every Saturday at a cost of £5 per participant.

Leftley Sports Club Chair Muhammed Ali said, “Our activities are growing along with our participants. We are committed to ensuring ours is a fit community. LSC is open to everyone and we would welcome more new faces.”

The Leftley Sports Club is a non-profit volunteer organisation. The club is all about engaging the community in physical activity and improving the health and wellbeing of the community. Membership is open to individuals living in Barking & Dagenham and the surrounding areas.

Current Activities
Saturday 10am – Women’s “walk n talk” (& jog)
Saturday 10.30am – Men’s “walk n talk” (& jog)
Saturday 12.00pm – Canoeing at Mayesbrook Lake

Sunday 10.30am – Cycling for all
Sunday 10.30am – Dads & Lads football session

Wednesday 6pm – Badminton (limited spaces)

Friday 09.15am – Ladies “walk n talk” (& jog)
