Hackney man recalled to prison disappears

POLICE ARE looking for Mark Christopher Woolley, 52, of Albion Road, Hackney. He had been released from HMP Ranby on 16th November last year – on licence.

Woolley attended a probation meeting on 31st January – but he then breached the conditions of his licence on 1st February. This means he needs to return to prison.

Woolley is described as a white man, 5ft 4ins tall, of slim build, with greying hair. He has various tattoos and scars on his forehead, jaw and left ear.

The police are asking members of the public to look out for Woolley – but not to approach him.

If you see Woolley, do not approach him but call 999 as soon as it is safe to do so.  If you have information about his whereabouts, call the police via 101. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800-555 111, where you can give information anonymously.
