Jeremy Corbyn spoke to a North London rally this week which was targeted at the BAME community. He spoke an audience he described as “Old friends that I campaigned with over the years; on the picket line at Grunwick, fighting the sus laws of the 1970s and opposing the National Front in Haringey in 1977 to name just a few. And new friends with whom I know I will be campaigning in the years to come.”
