Run Victoria Park with The Race Organiser

THE RACE ORGANISER is a company which runs competitive running events – though you are not necessarily competing against other runners as you can rely on them to measure your race times, so you can run to improve your personal best.

The company organises a number of races in the Queen Elizabeth Park: the next ones will be held on 5th October, 2nd November and 7th December (all Saturdays).

It is also organising races in Victoria Park, which it has announced in the following terms:
“Get your flattest, fastest race performance of the season in East London’s super-cool Victoria Park. Personal bests happen here! With its wide tree-lined, super-smooth pathways, you’ll find yourself flying kilometre by kilometre amongst runners of all abilities to help drive you to a brilliant race result.

“Plus, you’ll find more pubs and great eateries within walking distance of the finish line than anywhere else!”

The next Victoria Park races are on 13th October and 10th November: these are both Sundays, and 10k and 10 mile options are offered on both days.

Registration: 08:30-09:15am.
Where: Burdett-Coutts Drinking Memorial Fountain, Victoria Park, London. E9 7DD
Pricing: £19 Unaffiliated, £17 Affiliated, free entry for Gold Members.
Entry on the day: subject to a £2 surcharge (cash only, subject to availability).
Age requirements: participants must be aged 15 or over on the day of the race.
Race Numbers: for collection at registration on the day only, numbers will not be posted. To be fastened to the front of the top using safety pins provided at registration. The number should be visible at all times. The timing chip is attached to the back of the number and should not be removed.
